THE LEGACY OF ADM
India-Japan Global Partnership
The India-Japan Global Partnership (IJGP) was established in the year 2000 bringing the leadership of the two nations together to evolve an empowerment-based development model, as a contribution to humanity, which is today known as the Alternative Development Model (ADM).

IJGP is a mutually beneficial partnership where India and Japan will work along with their global partners by placing their mutual strengths together to secure their national interests and serve the rest of the world through the ADM.

India Center (IC) worked diligently from 1996 to 2021 nurturing, furthering and strengthening IJGP towards the vision of ADM. In the 25 years, IC dedicatedly worked towards its mission through Development Diplomacy, working with the leadership of India, Japan and Global Partners towards adopting a more empathetic, environmentally responsible and efficient strategies to development. The development framework thus created led to formation of mega initiatives.
